These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website [www.marbellapadelsociety.com] (the "Website") and any services, bookings, events, tournaments, or facilities offered by Marbella Padel Society ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website, booking a service, or attending our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

4. Bookings, registrations, and events

  • Bookings for sessions, courts, tournaments, and private or corporate events may be made through the Website or by contacting us directly.

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and, where applicable, payment has been received.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect details you provide.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule any booking or event, including for reasons of safety, weather, facility availability, or insufficient participant numbers. Where we cancel, we will offer a reschedule or a refund in accordance with Section 6.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices for Services are as displayed on the Website or as quoted to you at the time of booking, and may change from time to time.

  • Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable taxes (such as IVA).

  • Payment must be made using the methods offered at the time of booking. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Tournaments

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tournament are eligible for a full refund.

  • After this date, registrations are non-refundable unless your place can be filled by another player or team.

  • If the tournament cannot take place as planned due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, we may reschedule or adapt the event. Registrations will normally be transferred to the rescheduled date or, where appropriate, to a future MPS event.

Private and corporate events

  • Specific cancellation and refund terms apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

General

  • If we cancel any Service and no alternative or rescheduled date is offered, the applicable refund arrangements will be communicated to you.

  • Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

7. Private and corporate events

  • Private and corporate experiences are tailor-made and subject to a separate proposal and specific booking terms.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Payment terms, cancellation conditions and any specific requirements will be clearly stated in the proposal or booking confirmation.

  • Where an experience includes accommodation, transport or other travel-related services, these services may be arranged and contracted through an authorised travel agency or specialist third-party provider, while the overall experience remains coordinated by Marbella Padel Society.

8. Use of facilities, conduct, and assumption of risk

  • Padel and related physical activities carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and confirm that you are physically fit to take part.

  • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for using appropriate equipment and following all safety instructions and facility rules.

  • You must behave respectfully towards staff, other participants, and the facilities. We may remove any person behaving in an unsafe, abusive, or disruptive manner, without refund.

  • You are responsible for any damage you cause to our facilities or equipment.

9. Intellectual property

All Content on the Website, including the Marbella Padel Society name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Content without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites, and access them at your own risk.

11. Privacy and data protection

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.
